Melissa is originally from the USA, she relocated to Germany in 2011 and has called it home ever since.
Her professional journey began in the tourism sector, where she developed a strong foundation in service quality, stakeholder communication, and organisational excellence. Transitioning into talent acquisition, she brings five years of recruitment experience in fast-paced, highly technical environments across the logistics and automotive sectors—most recently recruiting for an automotive company. Throughout her recruiting career, she has focused on full-lifecycle hiring, active candidate sourcing, and building strong relationships with business partners.
In her role at CS Group, she is excited to bring her recruitment background to the space sector, eager to expand her knowledge of the industry while helping bring top-tier talent into our European space initiatives.
Outside of work, Melissa loves travelling, spending quality time with her family, following her favourite sports teams, and going on adventures with her dog.
