Carla is originally from Malta but has been based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands since 2017.
With 12 years of recruitment experience, Carla brings an international perspective and a people-first approach, working with a strong focus on building genuine, lasting connections between people and opportunities.
Her background in recruitment has allowed her to work closely with candidates at different stages of their careers, helping them navigate change, growth and sometimes uncertainty. She is especially passionate about creating a positive, human experience in what can sometimes feel like a transactional process.
Outside of work, Carla enjoys trying out new cuisines and going on city trips in an endless search of the sun and good seafood!
