HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.
Job description
- Responsible for ensuring the quality, availability, and timeliness of the service delivery;
- Lead all service phases, ensuring smooth start-up, operations, and handover;
- Manage service team operations, resource allocation, workload, and team spirit;
- Act as primary contact point for ESA;
- Prepare and manage service plans, progress reports, KPIs, and documentation as needed;
- Report to HE Space on a regular basis as needed;
- Monitor risks, handle issues, and ensures their timely resolution;
- Drive service performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement (to me most important);
- Set individual and team objectives;
- Participate in the annual performance of team members;
- Plan, prepare, and lead meetings to conclude the various phases, e.g. Service Readiness Review, Service Operations Review, Quarterly Progress Meetings;
- Take minutes of such meetings to ensure signature at the conclusion of the meeting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- 2-3 years of experience in managing services and collaborating with external stakeholders;
- Experience in supervising and motivating teams;
- Great communication and organization skills.
