Job description
As part of the ESA team you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support the ISO9001 activities at Department level, in liaison with the Department Head.
- Maintain the TEC-S procedures and the infrastructure and support documentation;
- Assist the preparation of ISO9001 management meetings;
- Support the TEC QMS Working Groups;
- Organise and support preparation and conduct of audits;
- Timely and satisfactory provision of Technical Documentation;
- Timely and satisfactory provision of weekly reporting inputs;
- Customer Satisfaction Feedback positive.

Qualifications
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace or a related field;
- At least 4 years experience with Concurrent Engineering methodology, tools, and applications;
- Knowledge of the space systems domains, including Mission Analysis;
- Knowledge of digitalisation, data-driven engineering methods, and MBSE tools;
- Technical Authoring and Documentation Management, including preparation, editing, and quality control of technical reports, project documentation, and web-based content;
- Production and Maintenance of Communication Material, including websites, multimedia content, graphics, and knowledge dissemination tools;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
