Job description
Der/Die Stelleninhaber/in ist als IT Systems Engineer (d/m/w) tätig und das Aufgabengebiet gliedert sich im wie folgt:
- Betrieb moderner IT-Systeme, Troubleshooting und Beseitigung von Störungen, Identity Management (inkl. manueller und automatischer Updates);
- Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern im Betrieb (L1 & L2 Support) sowie Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der IT-Infrastruktur, Monitoring der IT-Infrastruktur;
- Design und Konzeptionierung von IT Systemen sowie für den Betrieb benötigte Tools (inkl. Planung, Umsetzung, Validierung);
- Installation, Konfiguration und selbstständige Inbetriebnahme von Infrastruktursystemen sowie deren (Prozess-)Dokumentation und Vorbereitung für den Betrieb;
- Weiterentwicklung und ständige Optimierung, sowie Automatisierung des Gesamtsystems;
- Überwachung und Automatisierung des Asset- und Infrastruktur-Management (Hardware, Software, Lizenzen und Wartungsverträge);
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Unterauftragnehmern zu betrieblichen Service Aspekten, Reporting und dem Incident Management;
- Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß bestehendem Sicherheitskonzept;
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Notfall- und Desaster Recovery-Plänen Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung von Systemdokumentationen.

Qualifications
- Informatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder Fachinformatiker (d/m/w) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung;
- IT / Informationssysteme mind. über 4 Jahre sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT System Engineering;
- im Bereich Virtualisierung, Windows/Linux Infrastruktur, Netzwerktechnik und/oder Storage Systeme;
- Erfahrung in der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung sowie der Betreuung;
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration, Verwaltung und Wiederherstellung von;
- Backups im Zusammenhang mit Veeam und Tape-Libraries Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung;
- Powershell Scripting;
- Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher Englisch mind. versiert.
