Job description

Provide engineering support to the planning and execution of Ground Segment integration activities.

  • Participate in the preparation, coordination, and execution of test campaigns, including functional testing, end‑to‑end testing, and system validation activities;
  • Support the configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of ground system elements during integration phases;
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IV&V strategy, ensuring alignment with system engineering requirements and mission objectives;
  • Perform verification activities by reviewing test procedures, requirements traceability, and test results;
  • Conduct validation activities to ensure the system performs according to operational expectations and user needs;
  • Ensure that all acceptance milestones are properly planned, executed, and fully documented;

  • Validate that all deliverables meet project standards, contractual requirements, and mission constraints;
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures, reports, logs, and anomalies;
  • Support anomaly investigation, root‑cause analysis, and resolution during integration and validation phases;
  • Provide engineering expertise during reviews, readiness assessments, and acceptance boards.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Masters degree in Aerospace or a relevant discipline;

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in satellite ground segment;

  • Background in systems engineering, ground systems, or space mission operations;

  • Knowledge of integration and verification processes for complex technical systems.
  • Experience with test procedures preparation and execution;
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills;

  • English proficiency.
