Recruitment process

Your CV is in good hands with our recruiting team.

Step 1 – Screening your CV: one of our experienced recruiters will carefully review your application and determine whether your profile matches the requirements of the job you have applied for or any other open vacancy. If there’s a match, you will be invited to an interview. If there is no suitable vacancy, your details will be retained in our database and we will keep you informed about relevant vacancies as they arise.

Step 2 – Interview: we want to get to know you and your ambitions. Equally importantly, we want you to get to know us. During the interview, we will discuss your skills and motivation and you will get a flavour of life at HE Space. You will also receive guidance on the next steps. Your interview with one of our recruiters may be followed by an interview at the customer premises.

Step 3 – Selection: once you have successfully completed the selection process we will proceed with the formalisation of your employment.

Step 4 – Welcome on board: you’ll find a large community of people at HE Space ready to welcome you. After an initial induction, you’ll have opportunities to network with your peers and to participate in orientation programmes suited to your specific needs.
