Key Tasks and Responsibilities              

As a member of a team providing services to EUSPA you will be providing support and you will have the following responsibilities:

• Define the approach to operational validation of major system/SW releases for both ground and space segment and support the EUSPA for managing the integration of new services within the operational baseline;
• Follow-up operational validation of major system/SW releases for both ground and space segment and support the EUSPA for managing the integration of new services within the operational baseline;
• Define and analyse the relevant Operations KPIs;
• Analyse the operations changes: baseline configuration changes or deviations, operation processes evolutions and services provision transitions;
• Define criticality/urgency for observation reports analyses, resolution, setting adequate operational work-arounds, priorities and ensuring and monitoring the timely management by operator and/or industry of observation reports and system anomalies resolution plans;
• Participate to the operations Observation Reports Review Board;
• Follow-up and contribute to operations related to the Service Provision.

Skills & Experience

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• Bachelor’s in aerospace engineering or a relevant discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ground segment operations;
• Customer focus mentality;
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
