Configuration & Documentation Manager

HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities              

As part of the ArianeGroup, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the documentation data set in the Data Management in PLM tools as Team Center and SAP;
  • Manage documentation related activities as content check and correction with stakeholders;
  • Manage, improve and optimize documentation and dataset processes within the company and alignment to other German and French sites (LEAN oriented);
  • Being contact person for Documentation process and topics;
  • Establish documentation status in PLM tools as Team Center and SAP;
  • Work in international teams for transversal topics and programs;
  • Be member of an interdisciplinary team to manage documentation in development and production;
  • Improve and strengthen the documentation management process with the team and other development projects;
  • Improve and optimize processes within our team (LEAN oriented);
  • Mange configuration management related activities like: managing changes, managing configuration boards, managing baselines.

Skills & Experience

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering or a relevant discipline;
  • Configuration and Document management minimum 3 years;
  • Experience with SAP, JIRA and PLMT;
  • Team player with excellent communication skills;
  • High level of assertiveness;
  • French is a plus;
  • Occasional trips could be required in France;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
