If we process personal data on the basis of Art. 6 I lit f) the legitimate interests we pursue to enable HE Space to offer its customers the most suitable candidate for the respective position and to offer the best possible position to the candidates.

If it is necessary to forward your data to other HE Space offices (HE Space group of undertakings) for the purposes mentioned above under 1 a, your data can be passed on to them. 10. Deletion of data
Personal data is deleted after expiry of the statutory or contractual retention periods.
