Job Description

• Creation of CNC programs for lathes, milling machines, or a combination of a machining center;
• Program creation for 2 1/2D and 5axis machining;
• Creation of tool lists for the NC programs created;
• Definition and development of clamping concepts and fixtures, if these are not specified, with corresponding NC programs;
• Supporting production in the event of problems;
• Incorporating comments or suggestions for improvement from production;
• Management and release of the NC program;
• Catia V5 experience is essential;
• Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information;
• The ability to integrate into a team;
• Independent, solution-oriented, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working;
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Metalworking profession at least vocational training;
• Catia V5 knowledge of detailed functions;
• Previous knowledge of TDM tool management system desirable;
• Sound knowledge of Catia; 
• Good knowledge of Siemens 840SL control system;
• Experience in programming turning and milling centers and milling and turning centers;
• Knowledge in TopSolid desirable;
• Language: German at least business fluent, English at least advanced.
